About Launch Media
Launch Media LLC is a Google Ads management agency. We build and run search and call campaigns for local service businesses that want more calls, bookings and sales from people who are already searching for what they offer.
What we do
We handle the full account: keyword research and negative keyword lists, ad copy, campaign structure, landing page review, conversion tracking and monthly reporting. Every campaign is planned and approved by the client before it runs, and we adjust bids, ads and keywords each week based on results.
How we work
- Each client's Google Ads account stays in the client's name. We manage it through our Google Ads manager account with the client's permission.
- Clients deal directly with the person running their ads.
- Reports focus on cost per lead and revenue, not impressions.
Who you'll work with
I'm Alan Leal, and I run Launch Media from Peoria, Arizona. Before starting the agency, I spent 11 years as an automotive collision estimator, where my job was to get the numbers right, explain them in plain language, and stand behind them with customers and insurers.
I also own Capitol Coffee Catering, a mobile coffee cart business, so I know firsthand what it means to depend on the phone ringing and the calendar filling up. Capitol Coffee is Launch Media's first account, which means I test every approach with my own budget before I recommend it to a client. I started Launch Media to give local businesses the advertising help I wanted as an owner: clear numbers, honest advice, and one person who answers when you call. When you work with Launch Media, I'm the one who builds your campaigns, watches your budget, and sends your report each month.
