Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Launch Media LLC ("Launch Media", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information through mylaunchmedia.com and in the course of providing our Google Ads management services.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you request an ad review we collect your name, business name, email address, monthly ad budget range and your message.
- Technical data. Our website host and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you load, in order to deliver the site.
- Client advertising data. When a business hires us, we access its Google Ads account with its permission. This includes campaign settings, performance data and search terms.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote or ad review.
- To manage, report on and improve the Google Ads campaigns of the clients we work for.
- To operate, secure and maintain our website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one client's advertising data for any other client.
Cookies
Our website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed for them to provide that service. Client advertising data is accessed through Google Ads and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months, or for the length of a client relationship plus the period required for our business records. Access to a client's Google Ads account ends when the client removes our manager account link.
Security
Access to client accounts and stored data is limited to Launch Media staff who need it, and credentials are kept private. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Clients can revoke our access to their Google Ads account at any time from their account settings.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
